Fox Den is our cozy, well appointed studio suite overlooking Seneca Lake. A perfect spot for a couples getaway. Relax while perched atop a hilltop with amazing views and breathtaking sunsets. You're only a few minutes drive from many Seneca Lake wineries, breweries, beautiful waterfalls, and great food. You'll also be within walking distance, and encouraged to visit, our Seneca Sol glamp site and alpaca ranch.

Q & A
Q) What is your cancellation policy?
A) When you book through our site senecasol.com/book-now (Airbnb and VRBO will be sightly different), we collect a 50% deposit at time of booking and that deposit may be refunded 30 days prior to arrival if guests absolutely cannot change their arrival date. None of the deposit is refunded within the 30 day of arrival. It is recommended that your booking is shifted to a day you would be able to arrive at Seneca Sol.  This property is privately owned. The renter accepts renting privileges with the understanding that he/she does hereby release Seneca Sol, its officers and employees of all liability for loss or damage to property and injury against claims resulting from loss or damage to property or injury to the person of any member of the family or guest of the registered renters arising out of the use of the facilities.
Q) Is there a minimum stay?
A) Yes, we have a 2 night minimum weekday stay and a 2 night minimum weekend stay with the exception of the holidays that have a 3 night weekend minimum stay.
Q) Are the safari tents climate controlled?
A) No, the safari tents are off-grid. They do not have heat or a/c. The bathhouse is climate controlled and has heat and a/c. The safari tents are located under the canopy of the forest and it does a great job of controlling heat however, when in doubt go check out all there is to see and do in the area.
Q) Are you pet friendly or family friendly?
A) Yes, we are pet friendly at Seneca Sol Glamping and Fox Den, but not Alpaca Guesthouse as our furry babies are afraid of dogs. Yes, we are family friendly. In fact we welcome families and strive to be as family friendly as possible, including s'mores around the campfire, hiking trails, and yard games.
Q) How is the property laid out, do you have a site map?
A) We do have a site map, please see below. The Glampsite is center of our property. Fox Den is located on the highest point of our property, top right on the map. Alpaca ranch and guesthouse are located on the "flattest" acreage of our property, it's labeled Farm House.
